Kinda run down but still cool old bldg

I have lived in this building for 8 yrs now. My roommate has been here for more than 25 years. This building was built in 1901 and until last year I had the original toilet in my bathroom. My bedroom is the master with an en-suite bathroom. The ceilings are at least 10 feet high which is nice b/c I am tall. The one huge drawback is my closet. it is 25 inches wide by 5 feet deep. its more of a storage room than a closet. Because the Otis elevator is on one side & my bathroom on the other there is... no way to make it larger. The management is finally starting to do some repairs, like the roof that leaks and houses raccoon's. I am not exaggerating there was a small raccoon on the fire escape the other day. Since the building is on a hill at least it has some nice views of neighboring towns & downtown Newark. I like it but I feel it's time to move on to some place new & maybe more modern.
