What can I say
First, I moved into a disgusting and filthy apartment. Maintenance is slow to fix anything. Random people can enter the building and viscously intimidate and be supported.

Safety is our top priority, which is why we have installed a security system and cameras, and only tenants are only allowed in with... a key fob. We also prep all of our units to be move-in ready when a tenant leases the space.
