Decent Place to Live
I lived here for three years. The closet space is great! The bed room is large! The bathroom is small and has poor ventilation. Mold may build up. You must pay for parking, there are no guest spots, and street parking sucks due to Lincoln ave having multiple buildings. The building is always clean, the trash is in the parking lot. I never experienced any vermin or bugs. Neighbors are a great mixed of people and friendly. The super, Gale, is personable and fixes any concerns in a timely manner.… The apartment itself has cool renovations with the wireless ceiling fan remote with a dimmer, the laundry room has a coin machine. Overall my experience here was a 3.5/5.
