Horrible !

Elevator is always broken, water fluctuates sometimes extremely hot then in midst of hot it turns cold . Landowner is rude and is quick to make up some extra charge on your rent. Have rats and roaches due to how old the building is. I would recommend you look somewhere else .

Water/elevator/parking

The water is always off b/c of leaks. They refuse to do the work in the week. They rarely notify you of work to be done & when they do they will put up the notice at 6pm the evening prior to the work being done. They want to regulate your parking so if you have a courtesy car, they will tow it. The elevator is jolting and it shuts down more than it should. It does not come up to the floor, it can be 4-5 inches higher or lower. The stair ways are narrow so it hard for the elderly with walkers to… use the stairs. There are 3 small load, working washing machines for at least 50 apartments. Rent goes up every year.

Horrible!!!!!! Do not rent here!

The management team is disorganized and rude, they do not care about their tenants, they only care about money! They try to take advantage of people and lie, horrible building to live in.
