The community at this apartment has always been very friendly, I never worry about my safety to much outside of normal instinct at this apartment. Neighbors are always nice and can strike up conversation and the noise at night is minimal even with one of the rooms being on the back of the stairwell. Parking could be improved, especially managing who does and doesn’t have parking stickers and are taking up resident parking spaces, guest parking should be voiced more by the staff. The amenities… are great from the roof top lounge to the gym and community room. Overall a pretty decent experience here!

Have garbage guy post notice on doors of people not doing their garbage correctly, and have him note areas that need cleaning as he does his rounds, pet accidents, debris in halls to be vacummed, areas to be mopped, fixtures out, broken items. Need new out door furniture on roof, instructions posted on how to use tvs, remotes chained to their TV. House pool playing rules posted for 8 ball. Get a bridge for the pool table. Get a foose ball table for club room. A couple of pinball table contract… for the game room, rotate them out every 3 months. More visible car parking tags, one on front, one on rear of car or trucks. A walking trail in the woods across from the garage entrance, office side. Don't be parking golf cart in tenant parking spaces, it's not a licensed vehicle at this time. Don't have enough parking as it is. Warn Amazon not to park between handicap parking space unloading area to make deliveries. TY

During winter, when the temperature drops below 20 fareinheit, heater doesn’t work effectively. Maintenance tells that’s all their heater can handle. I have lived in colder temp and heater worked fine.
