The building is very quiet and clean. Leasing office employees are excellent. I have enjoyed living here for the last 3 yrs. The amenities are excellent.

Love the apartment complex. Smells of weed often, and the fire alarm goes off a lot because of smoking. The trash room can get backed up at times, but other than that. It’s a lovely place to live.

I’m excited to be moving into this building and couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the beginning, the management team has been responsive, helpful, and professional. The leasing process was smooth, and the building is well-maintained, clean, and secure.
The amenities are excellent, and the location is perfect—close to everything I need. My apartment is bright, modern, and comfortable, with great finishes and a welcoming atmosphere. I’m really looking forward to making this my new home... and getting to know the community.
Highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Rent is extremely expensive. Random fire alarms are horrendous. Amenity price is too high. I’d rather not pay for package delivery. I’d still recommend the building to other but with these caveats.

First off, the location is fantastic. I'm just a short walk from everything I need – grocery stores, cafes, and even my favorite park. It makes running errands so much easier and I'm really enjoying exploring the neighborhood on foot.
The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed. Mine feels spacious and bright, with plenty of natural light. The finishes are modern and high-quality, and I appreciate the little details that make it feel like home, like ample storage and a well-equipped... kitchen.
But what truly sets this building apart is the amenities. The fitness center is well-maintained and has a great selection of equipment, so I don't need a separate gym membership. The communal lounge areas are a nice bonus, too – perfect for working remotely or just relaxing with a book. And the building staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Any questions or small requests I've had have been addressed quickly and efficiently.
