Chalet Gardens Apartments

I lived here for 5 years. When I first moved in the leasing office was nice but that's it. Since then, there's new owners but head leasing agent is soooo rude. When i first moved in there were rodents and raccoons scratching my pipes. I called for assistance, and they accused me of lying. Then I found a hole in my building and took pictures and that when they decided to fix it. Also, my ac wasn't working, it took them 6 months to respond. When they did come out summer was already over The AC and… heat worked in every room but the bedroom. They claimed it was because I had to shut all my vents to get it in the bedroom. That did not work. I had to swap my bed with the living room because it would get so hot in the summer I couldn't sleep in there. Every time I put a request in for an issue with my apartment they would not come out unless I called them every week until someone would show up. Don't even get me started on the trash. Theres trash everywhere people don't always throw their trash in the bins they put it outside the bins. Cats and raccoons get into them, and the trash goes everywhere. BEWARE of broken glass in the grass all over the property. kids and pets play in the grass not realizing how much broken glass in there. Also, they Told us they would be putting in a dog park in 2020 that never happened to this day they claim on the website to have one it's a LIE. POLICE come to the apartments almost every other day for domestic issues. Theres been many times you hear neighbors screaming and fighting then cops arrive. Kids around the apartments have keyed my cars and a rental car i had. They claim that everyone has their own personal water bill, but it doesn't make sense seems more like everyone in your building is splitting the bill, $80 on water bill monthly even when I wasn't there most of the month because I was in Africa. Also, not a gated community like they claim. Used to be sort of gated but it's not. Leasing hours are horrible they set it up so the typical person can't come in because its during normal business hours. If you do decide to move here and you have an issue and they are dragging their feet to fix, find the city of Pinehill inspectors that drive around you can't miss them within the complex, report them they will come fix the issue asap.
