At least it's roomy.
Well you can't beat the price for the size of the apartment. It's probably on the lower end of the Priceline because of the paper thin walls and minimal maintainence. The windows are very old and drafty. The baseboard heating doesn't really keep the apartment comfortable so a space heater is a must. And the baseboards are rusty but they are covered with coats of paint that peels off and chips easily. The appliances get you by. They are old and work so there fine. For example the microwave they… supply had a broken screen so you can never see how long you are putting food in for. But it works. The fridge has to be turned all the way to ultra cool setting because the seal is broken. But it works. That said they are spacious and the landlord doesn't bother you. The super is always close by and willing to help. Parking is no longer an issue as they have expanded the lot. Also the complex itself is in a great location and close to major highways. It's not luxury living but it is decent and affordable.
