too many issues
When things break around here, it seems to take forever to get it fixed. Latest examples, garage door has been broken for over 3 weeks. Key fobs - cannot access side doors with your fob, so if you park outside, you will have to walk either to the front or back of the building. Pet friendly, but the pet park is not suitable for smaller dogs since the fence is broken and smaller dogs can easily escape. When you have money to remove perfectly healthy trees around the entire property, you should be... able to at least fix up the dog park so it's suitable for all pets, especially when calling yourselves pet friendly and charging monthly and one-time fees.
