I think this is a great building and the staff are very responsive. The maintenance team always fixes issues quickly. The building is very clean.

So far my experience here has been positive. I wish rent wouldn't be as high as it is, Raritan is not NYC metro. However I know prices are a problem across the country.

AVOID

I would not recommend staying here. The customer service was extremely poor, and the overall experience felt unprofessional and questionable. While the photos may look appealing online, the reality did not match expectations. Save yourself the frustration and choose another place to stay.
