The pool should be opened earlier, not just at the end of May.

Additionally, since the plumbing incident in front of my apartment, the smell in the stairs has been horrible. I believe the administration should take action to remove the bad odor in the 340 stairs area.

We really enjoy living here. The amenities are nice, the location is great, maintenance is usually quick to respond to issues. Overall a nice place to live.

My lease ends in two weeks, and I will miss this place. It has a great location, and my son enjoys the facilities. This is a pet-friendly apartment with a dog park that my two dogs enjoyed daily.

The office staff is exceptional. Living at the Lena is a very positive experience. I have used the amenities from coffee, computers to the gym and the pool. I would appreciate if you could add classes like zumba, aerobics etc. I love it here and hope it will be home for a long while.

Hate it here, can’t move out quicker. We have not had a single night without the same people drinking and smoking outside and nothing is done! All the same issues still occur. We started a lease sooner because I was driving over an hour back to PA to stay overnight so I could actually sleep.
