I love living at Harbor Pointe but there are a few hiccups. The new package system is not going well but some issues are caused by the delivery service. I have no problem with my FedEx delivery but the USPS delivery is not that great. Overall I still love my apartment and amenities. Longtime tenants should receive a big deduction on their renewal lease.

I haven't received any referral bonus even after completing the required steps. I have lived here for about 6.5 years and referred at least 5 families who moved here and I have never received the bonus, neither did the tenants who moved here.
Needs improvement in Service, amenity updates, clear communication, shuttle service upgrade and its frequency.

Great apartment community in a very convenient location. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which really makes a difference. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live and well managed. Highly recommend.

I am genuinely happy living here and find it very convenient for my day to day life. The location is a big plus, with easy access to shops, transportation, and everything I need close by. The community feels calm and well maintained, and it’s a comfortable place to come home to after a long day. That said, there are a couple of areas where improvements could really elevate the experience. I wish the pool area would be upgraded, as it has great potential but feels a bit outdated. Additionally,... more consistent and thorough snow removal during winter would make things safer and more enjoyable. With a few updates, this could easily become a five star place to live for residents overall.
