Amazing waterfront community with great shopping nearby. Spacious apartments and good amenities. Maintenance and administrative staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location and easy commute options.

Just moved into Harbor Pointe and so far, I’m really happy with the experience. The leasing process was smooth, staff have been helpful, and the building is clean and modern. Love the amenities and the apartment feels spacious and bright. Looking forward to settling in!

Unprofessional leasing office, unfriendly, not informative of process/resident procedures, needed to ask questions about everything - lots of surprises! Apartment was very dirty upon move-in, dirty vents, dirty light switches, disgusting dryer vent, broken glass in dishwasher, nasty kitchen cabinets inside & out, toilet leaking, just to name a few. Unfortunately, I did not look closely at these things prior to move-in. The apartment was not polished enough to turn over to a new tenant; very... disappointed in this move!

The staff and neighbors are friendly. This place instantly felt like home. I fully recommend anyone to live her as we have a state of the art gym, a jungle gym that is climate controlled for the little ones and a great pool for the hot summer days.
