Everything was fine until the day I lost my parcel from inside the building lobby.I noticed that near about 2-3thefts happened in recent time.I complained but nothing happened.I would like the community office to take the camera charges to themselves at least it can be a great help to the residents.

My apartment is lovely, the townhouse is amazing, the gym is up to par and the pool in the summer is beautiful. My only complaint is the staff at the front welcoming office. They are not friendly nor helpful , in many case rude. It’s quite shocking. You will have a great time here if you need absolutely nothing from the front office. Maintenance and site upkeep staff are phenomenal.

My time at Harbor Pointe hasn't changed we're settled, and happy to be here , the management has handled everything that I very had to bring to there attention, the remodeling turned out to be beautiful, the maintenance staff is experienced and always available, I am enjoying my home and my community, and the food trucks that come are a plus
