Disappointing Experience Despite Premium Pricing
Sharing our experience after a year of living here. We rent the Juniper.
When we signed our lease last year, we were told that major amenities (clubhouse, gym, pool, playground, dog park, and outdoor spaces) were expected to be completed by a specific timeline. Nearly a year later, these amenities have still not opened, despite multiple revised timelines. While management has cited factors outside their control, residents have continued paying premium rent without access to what was marketed... .
Management communication exists only after complaints, but accountability has been limited. Incentives have been offered to new tenants, while long-term residents who waited through delays were not extended comparable consideration. Waiving an amenity fee for amenities that aren’t available is not meaningful compensation.
Parking is limited and inconvenient, and recycling has been reduced to once per week.
That said, **Laura continues to be excellent**—professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive to residents. She has consistently gone above and beyond.
Neighbors are wonderful and it feel so safe. In addition apartments themselves are nice, but the overall experience has not aligned with expectations set during leasing. My advice to prospective renters is to wait for amenities to be completed!
