My partner and I just moved into Brick Blvd, and we love it just as much as when we first came to visit! Debbie has been nothing but amazing since day one! We truly are grateful for such a caring, on point and very professional property manager. She seriously made sure everything was done properly and in a timely manner, without missing a beat! The maintenance team is also very responsive and helpful as well, especially Jon!

I love it! The leasing office is excellent, and Deb made the application process smooth and easy. The apartment was immaculate on move-in day. The neighborhood has a strong sense of community, and the neighbors are very welcoming. I love that it's a gated community. The grounds are kept beautiful. Everything is easily accessible. The lounge and gym area are kept spotless. I'm sure I'm going to enjoy living here.

My boyfriend and I moved in about 2 weeks ago and it has been nothing short of amazing. My fiancé and I recently moved into our apartment at Boulevard at Brick and we LOVE it! The complex is beautiful and our apartment itself was in amazing condition upon moving in. The property manager, Debbie, was an absolute pleasure to work with from our initial tour of the complex to move in. She is friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. The Boulevard at Brick offers great amenities and stylish apartment accommodations. Located in a great area between Brick and Tom’s River, you really can’t go wrong.
