Happy!!!

My husband, daughter, and I recently moved into Boulevard at brick and we are all very happy with the entire experience. Debbie has been so supportive throughout the entire move-in process. The neighbors are all so welcoming and sweet. The apartment and the grounds are very clean and the parking lot is very safe. I would highly recommend choosing Boulevard at brick to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Beyond amazing!

My partner and I just moved into Brick Blvd, and we love it just as much as when we first came to visit! Debbie has been nothing but amazing since day one! We truly are grateful for such a caring, on point and very professional property manager. She seriously made sure everything was done properly and in a timely manner, without missing a beat! The maintenance team is also very responsive and helpful as well, especially Jon!

We moved from a place that wasn't as put together and professional.… However, being here, I can truly say that we've found out new home. We are very excited for the future and are blessed to be at Brick Blvd. 10/10 and highly recommended!

Love it!

I love it! The leasing office is excellent, and Deb made the application process smooth and easy. The apartment was immaculate on move-in day. The neighborhood has a strong sense of community, and the neighbors are very welcoming. I love that it's a gated community. The grounds are kept beautiful. Everything is easily accessible. The lounge and gym area are kept spotless. I'm sure I'm going to enjoy living here.

Already dont want to leave

My boyfriend and I moved in about 2 weeks ago and it has been nothing short of amazing. From our very first phone call with Debbie when we set up our tour, to navigating all the steps in between, all the way up until move in and 2 weeks after Debbie has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has had an answer to every single one of my crazy questions. I can honestly say this place is a hidden gem, the community is beautiful, safe, quiet and beyond well maintained. Each and every time i pull… in i have a smile on my face as its just such a beautiful community and so homey. I already never want to leave! We are beyond happy we found this place.

Love it here!

My fiancé and I recently moved into our apartment at Boulevard at Brick and we LOVE it! The complex is beautiful and our apartment itself was in amazing condition upon moving in. The property manager, Debbie, was an absolute pleasure to work with from our initial tour of the complex to move in. She is friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. She played a large part in making apartment hunting enjoyable and stress-free!
