Complex is nice and the grounds are well-maintained. Appliances need to be upgraded as most of them have issues and are 10 years old. The washing machines are HORRIBLE!!!! Inside the foyers of the building, the carpets are disgusting...stained. The air conditioner in the foyer doesn't work. Oh and the buildings need to be seriously power washed. They are black on the balconies.
