Hedges at Hawthorne Apartments

I recently moved into Hedges at Hawthorne and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The building quality is outstanding-everything feels modern, fresh, and thoughtfully designed, from the high ceilings and large windows to the beautiful finishes throughout the apartment. The staff, especially Lucy, Adrien, and Jason, have been incredibly welcoming and always go above and beyond to help with any questions or needs.
The amenities are top-notch and really elevate daily living: I love having... access to the rooftop terrace, the fitness studio, and the specialty coffee bar with cold brew on tap. The common areas are always spotless, and the whole community has a friendly, welcoming vibe. It’s clear that the management team takes pride in maintaining a high standard for both the property and resident experience. Great, Modern building with good amenities. Some maintenance issues when first moved in, but Luci and the maintenance team was quick to help me out.

Everyone is very welcoming here. The building is always clean. Luci is pleasant & always available for questions. The transition moving here was pretty smooth.

Loving it here. Great neighbors and lovely community. Can’t wait to renew the lease and enjoy more time here. Used the grill for the first time last night and had a nice night with friends and family.

Nothing gets fixed, always told we gotta pay for the fix. Told we need to pay for a new fridge filter if we want it fixed. Insane. Lived here not even a year and i gotta pay for a fridge filter? Bunch of issues in this complex maintenance wise. Something always breakin or causing issues. Never parking either, have fun circling the lot for 6 years to find a space. If “money hungry investors” was a hashtag it would be used to descirbe this compled.
