Great place zero complaints. Leasing process was a little tricky with several layers of income verification but worth it. Building is beautiful as is the apartment.

Everyone here is very friendly and the dog community is welcoming. We’ve been here for a few months now. I would like there to be more community events or even ways to get everyone together.

Moving into Station Bay in New Jersey has been a smooth and pleasant experience. The building is modern, clean, and well maintained, and the amenities make everyday living convenient. The location is great, with easy access to transportation, shops, and nearby areas. The management team has been helpful and responsive throughout the move-in process, which made everything less stressful. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to live, and I’m happy with my decision to move here.
