Exceptional customer service

From the moment of signing my lease till the time I left the service from Jolene and Betsy in the rental offices was always so reliable and immediately responded to! I recommend it for anyone seeking good personal service and a clean safe environment.

overpriced rude nosey staff

The maintence people are rude and nosey as well as 99% of the people living here. There are several garbage receptacles for 9 buildings and only one yes ONE recycling receptacle for the whole place. Rude people.

A Great place to live

My wife and I have lived here for almost 4 years now and just transferred into a larger unit. The ladies in the office are great and helped to make the transition seamless. The maintenance staff fixes repairs in a timely manner and are pleasant. The close proximity to the shop center is a huge plus, it is great to not have to drive to go pick up a few things from Shop Rite. The closet space in this place cannot be beat, especially the walk-in closet in the one bedroom apartments.
In the almost 4… years that I have been here I have never felt unsafe. I've seen previous reviews about homeless people in the woods, but I have never seen homeless people in the time I have been here. Our neighbors and the other residents I have seen while walking our dog are always friendly.
We have loved our time year and look forward to our future years here.

Life at the jersey shore

There is always something going on here, (good and bad). The office staff are wonderful people. The apt is extremely close to a supermarket and other stores, which I love. The apt also has a walk in closet to die for. :) The bedroom also seems to be for the most part sound proof. Which great for when the baby is napping. Now for the really BAD things. There are homeless people living in the woods RIGHT outside the apts. they always come up to you asking for money, they even follow you around.… It's quite scary when you have your baby in your arms. Parents beware!!! Keep your children close!!! There are also drunks who live here who think nothing of driving to the garbage with a beer in their hand!!! The maintenance staff are also very nice, however they don't "consider" carbon monoxide censor going off to be an "emergency". It took them a whole day to come and check it. It was a good thing I knew what to do. If you are willing to deal with those few negatives, this place is a in the center of it all and we love it!!!!
