The property is beautiful however you pay for every utility the hot water is never fully hot.
Also after your renewal lease expect a 300 increase price jump it’s not worth it for a one bedroom with thin walls and stomping neighbors.

Honestly this place is a huge disappointment????.. The townhomes are not worth the money you pay and the upkeep on them is terrible. For starters my wife and I moved in January, only to arrive to our place with old dog urine stains in the carpet left from prior residents. The stains were all over the living room and bedrooms. Still fighting in April to get them out. Not only that, the kitchen floor is filled with bubbles as if the plastic tiles are starting to come up. When management was told... they sent someone who promised to fix the floor but somehow only managed to get to one of the bubbles out of the six or seven that are still there. The worse is that all the floors living room, bathrooms and bedroom all squeak very loudly when walked on. It honestly gives the impression that the floors are going give out. Extremely noisy when anyone walks across the floors. To top it off the hot water is luke warm, and water pressure is really bad. So hot showers are out the question.There’s always an issue with the garbage disposal which creates backed up garbage for everyone. Our experience here has not been pleasant and we are currently looking to get out of this place.
