East Park Apartments

This apartment complex has TERRIBLE roaches. They will exterminate once a week but you have to tell them every week as if they don’t know it’s a problem. Not really helpful if you’re the only apartment in the building exterminating because it’s not mandatory which it should be. The walls are thin, you hear everything upstairs, downstairs. Poor maintenance and painting. The apartment looks run down very quickly. Also the laundry room is disgusting. Raise rent every year with lease renewal. These apartments have roaches extremely bad and the walls are paper thin. You will hear the front building door open and shut everytime someone leaves or comes. the maintenance does not care at all do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. I wish I had a review like this to see before I moved here.
