Left here a year ago. Takes 13 MONTHS TO GET ANYTHING FIXED. The actual owner buys cheap stuff, that breaks, then wants to charge you for it. They Force you to get Another renters insurance when it's their obligation to fix it through their insurance. They have one maintenance guy for over 120 apartments! All the parking lots flood, knee deep in most places. The washers are broken, the dryers are broken, ceilings leak, squirrels defecating in the ceilings, dead squirrels in the wall, lawn takes… weeks to cut, the pool at our building hasn't been open in over 2 years, trash piles up and blows all over the lawn, non residents park in your spots, loud neighbors that they allow, plumbing leaks, carpets are stinky and stained, floors buckeling, holes in the wall in the hallways. Terrible maintenance and management!

If you're looking for an incredible and comfortable place to live this is the right place for you. Great place for families or if you just looking for a place for yourself it's great, the staff is super friendly and they will treat you as part of the family.

When it comes to choosing a place to live, it can be quite challenging to make a decision with so many factors that tie in. With that being said, resources and customer service huge parts of that decision that can be easily overlooked when your focus is elsewhere. I can personally attest to the great and timely service I’ve experienced not only as a tenant but even before hand! The location is great and amenities are plentiful as well. And not for nothing but coming home to a great looking space… is very important at the end of a hard days work so that’s a huge plus here as well.
