rent anywhere else but here

These positive reviews on here are fake. If you don't believe me just pull up the apartment without a tour and look at the state of the property for yourself and look at the filth. Dumpsters overflowing constantly, and fire escapes are full of trash. Old wooden windows on every apartment let the cold air in. Roaches and rats because of the trash problem.

New management

I moved here under new management. I love it! My apartment has been newly renovated and it looks awesome. Everything is done with great taste all new windows and stainless steel appliances. Management is very accommodating with all of my needs. Great place to live

I hate it here

I just moved here couple days ago and it’s been horrible ever since , my toilet wasn’t working , the sink didn’t turn on and the stove didn’t work now the light in bathroom doesn’t work and the microwave keeps chipping out and now I see mouses and roaches and nothing is being done about it

Disgusting

It’s under new management since late 2020… but it’s still the same problems no hot water no heat… the grounds are unkempt they removed a bunch of trees and bushes and now it really looks like the upscale projects. There’s rodents and bugs and when you talk to the new management staff they have attitudes and are slow moving and don’t respond back to you in time. And if you have an emergency after hours good luck, I’ve been without hot water for 4 days and haven’t heard anything from maintenance.… It’s the upscale projects I’m literally boiling water on my stove right now

Riverwood purchased the property in March 2021. We are renovating hallways, vacant units and the general property monthly.

Don’t do it

This place is managed horribly!!! The idea of having the utilities included besides electric may be nice but the heat never works and they turn it off whenever they feel like. There is mold and bugs the paint chips they don’t fix anything in a timely fashion and when they do it’s cheaply done. You send emails and call to complain about issues and they don’t respond! The neighbors are loud and there is music blasting at all times of the night, you complain to the property manager and she tells… you there is nothing she can do about it! You will regret it don’t move here the neighborhood maybe accessible to places and the public transportation is convenient but who wants to work and pay rent and be miserable where you are!
