Been living here for two years now and I have not been happy. I am constantly emailing and calling maintenance just for no one to show up. Currently dealing with ac blowing out hot air and unit sounds like it’s ready to explode no one has returned my email and still waiting on someone from maintenance. Don’t move here unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of amount for low quality apartment

I can't understand the negative reviews. I have lived here for 9 years and haven't had any major problems. Office staff is wonderful and very helpful. Angela and Tammy really make an effort to help you. Maintenance staff is awesome...Darrin, Jerry and Rob are very helpful. No bugs. Neighbors are great. No issues. I feel safe here. The reason for the 4 stars is NO DOGGIE PARK. I keep asking management/owners Yitz and Zach to create one but nothing yet. Not giving up. My dogs would love it.

Since the new management bought this company everything is worse, poor mentainace old and moldy inside, roaches and bedbugs in 80% of there apartments, since I moved out my kids allergies has disappeared.I lived there for 9 years because of my job but the roaches and bedbugs are just incase and we get sick all the time the vents are not clear.I moved to three different buildings still the same.Rent is ridiculous for what you get.you can't move out without them charging you money for stupid… reasons. Want to share the VERY GOOD experience, a/c was not working from morning but i noticed around evening 4. I called the maintenance around 6.34 pm and told them temperature was over 80 so please fix the problem. No response. I called again 7.32 pm operator said sent a message to the person. No response. Called again at 8.31 pm they immediately understood and operator said send a message again. No response. I recieved a call from maintenance mgr, he said this seems to be not an emergency we can't… fix you till morning. Will send a person first thing in the morning. I asked this is not the first time happening almost it happened thrice or 4 four. Not remember correctly. So he said outside temp 75, you can open the window. I told again this is the top floor temp reached 90+ so i couldn't stay inside and i asked him do u want to sleep outside. He said we can't fix this now. I disconnected the phone. He was very rude. Please move with accepting all these problems. Sky rocketed pricing plus no proper maintenance. Good luck new comers! Note: this is just 1 incident. Read More
