An Exceptional Living Experience at The Grand
Last summer, we spent almost 2 months looking for the perfect apartment! An apartment that aligns with the best of the best in the area. We visited more than 20 newly built modern apartments. We looked for the best promotions that each one of the buildings’ managers offered. Then, we didn’t have to think twice before we chose the Grand in West New York! The decision was so easy to make. We started this amazing journey with Fatima, one of the best staff members between all the people who we... worked with in NJ. Fatima’s kindness, her professionalism, as well as her willingness to do the best she could do to make things happen for us went above and beyond any expectation. The cleanliness of the Grand were unique! The New York’s fabulous view from the apartment and on the top of the roof are the best painting anyone could enjoy on a daily basis! The wonderful Gym and convenient parking are really great to have. Not only that but having Tara as the manager of this property is what is amazing! Tara’s genuine care, management skills, creative solutions to any problem that faced the tenants, her empathy and humanitarian’s vision on how to manage this property are absolutely unique and much appreciated. Not only that, but also the Maintenance Team that is led by Carlos is a plus: Any work order is completed efficiently and quickly! Living at the Grand has been a joy! We have been spending every day feeling as we are living in the most luxurious apartment! If we will have the choice to rent again, we will choose the Grand again and again! Thank you, Manager Tara, for managing the Grand and Station in West New York! Tara: Being genuinely yourself, the great manager who you are, and implementing the best management skills, strategies, and procedures that are taught in the universities are a blessing that any tenant would appreciate
