Move in almost going on a year now. Love the community. The office staff are always friendly and willing to assist with any issues or concerns. For the first time in my renting experience haven’t had an issue with maintenance.

I love living here. The people in the office are always so helpful and maintenance team are great also. They have a great gym if that is your thing... not mine but its very nice, I've used the community room for my both of my grandchildren's birthday party's. You have a pool and a grill area if you want to have a little get together you can.

We love living at Laurel Run Apartments. Quiet neighborhood, gorgeous clubhouse, nice pool, friendly staff. New kitchen appliances, plenty of closets, nice balcony. Only downside we’ve experienced is the amount of dog owners who do not pick up after their dogs..
