This apartment complex is so nice. The staff here are amazing and very accommodating. I love how big the fitness area is. I’m very excited to explore this new area with family, friends, and my dogs!

The Manor at Downingtown is absolutely fantastic. The office staff is always friendly and personable, they really feel like part of the community. Maintenance is just as friendly, and very knowledgeable about the work they do. They all deserve a raise, and I mean that. They all go above and beyond every single time .

I’m very happy here. It’s a great apartment.
Some of the bad things are,
-you hear everything over your head. Not words, but you can tell we’re they are in their apartment, I hear creaky floor boards.
-Not one door in the building has a handicap door. I recently acquired my scooter and almost killed, the door closed on her neck, I tried and tried to get scooter unstuck. After several attempts I had to just get off the scooter by falling to the ground to get to her. I would be lost without my... sweet dogs.

Friendly staff, convenient to shopping, and entertainment. Lots of families and Great schools. Great amenities, pool, clubhouse, fitness center and business area.
