Roof maintenance, smoking in building Recently its been disriptive with all of the construction with roofing and gutting apartments. Theres many service trucks/ workers blocking driveway ladders being left on the backside of building that are hooked to our fire escape. Constant banging and lack of privacy. We work from home so its very annoying. Also neighbors seem to be smoking in the apartment when it rains outside and it rises into the 3rd floor which is where our apartment is. Lastly the AC… units are not well connected. And they dont sense/turn on and off at certain temperstures. Also weve had issues with our thermastat during winter. We have a hard time getting our apartment to a comfortable temperature considering all of this. Weve placed work orders and its been mitigated for short periods of time but the issues were reoccurring for a while.

Roof maintenance Roof construction being done. There was practically no warning or preemptive scheduling to allow my oregnant wife and I to make accommodation scheduling. I work from home. She is 33 weeks pregnant. For us to pay for the top floor and pay for a quiet space to have construction done at this time without a proper warning or scheduling is unacceptable.
