Would NOT recommend!

I wouldn’t recommend. They will use any excuse to take your security deposit and even charge you extra. I emailed the management ahead of time to let them know that I will NOT be renewing my lease (which they responded to), but they still charged me an extra month of rent because they didn’t receive the physical non-renewal letter on time, which was delayed due to COVID.
I tried to dispute the extra charges, but they keep sending you from one person to the other, each saying that they opened a… ticket and they are looking into it, until it got really frustrating. Then after 3 MONTHS, they sent a letter saying that they “decided” to take it out of my security deposit. So, basically I had NO SAY in the matter.

I would give it ZERO starts if I could!

Worst choice of my life! it looked like a great deal at first.. I lived here for a year because it was close to my job, the management is terrible, zero communication. When it rained it would leak through the bedroom window which I requested to get fixed ( NEVER GOT FIXED) and when I finished the year and wanted to move closer to work they took my full security deposit to pay for changing the carpet which was completely clean! I barely lived in the apartment due to COVID so it was barely… used. I would give it ZERO starts if I could!

Willingboro Square Apartments

We have searched for the ideal apartment for months and finally came across Willingboro Apartments. They offer discounts to veterans and people who work in willingboro. The apartments are beautiful and very well equipped with washer/dryer/dishwasher. It was the perfect luxury apartment for me and my girlfriend and it's worth your buck. Thank you!
