Cheapest landlord in the world. This place is quite literally falling apart. Bricks are crumbling, windows leak, even the roadway in the complex is crumbling. Couple all of that with the fact that when your upstairs (or downstairs) neighbor speaks, you can hear virtually every word. An absolutely horrible living experience, so glad we moved elsewhere. I have lived in a two bed room nearly one year. When I entered, I liked the cleanness. New carpet was installed, walls were painted. Bathroom and kitchen are clean. All facilities, washer, dryer, dish washer, refrigerator, etc. are in good condition.

What I love most is it is kid-friendly. There are many kids in a community, and they play together after school. It is very convenient that school buses stop at the entrance of community on Central ave.

Maintenance responds in time. I read… others' comment on slow maintenance, but in my case, they came within a week. For emergency situation, such as heating, they came right away and fixed the problem. Read More

The apartment unit that we lived in was newly renovated with new carpet, new kitchen etc. We were very satisfied with this apartment. The living room and the master bedroom are very spacious and clean. The neighbors are friendly. The facility staff came fast to fix any problem that we reported. The elementary school where my kid goes is just around the corner. It's also walkable distance to the train station. I commuted to NYC by taking the train. I'd recommend this apartment for sure.

worst land lord , cheap quality homes, no customer service. can not wait to get lease over.
my 'brand' new home has leaking toilet flushes , bugs in carpets, ants running on floor and bricks coming of the walk-way !!
I put 10 work orders and over last month , no one bothers to come and fix them.
