Westmount Village

I've lived here for over ten years. Up until 2021, I NEVER had ANY ROACHES. Now they are EVERYWHERE!! In the hallways leading into the building, on the balconys, in the pipes. I am utterly disgusting that my seven year old cannot even play on the floor because I spray raid like a lunatic. DO NOT RENT HERE, AND PRAY THAT I FIND SOME PLACE ELSE TO LIVE ASAP!!!!

I have lived here for only months and have experienced roaches ever since the first month. They send over exterminators that only fix the issue in the apartment and then weeks later the roaches come back from other apartments in the building or even the HALLWAYS of the building. My door has had multiple roaches on them from the hallways. I feel so disgusted, I stopped cooking and can't even sit on the couch. I live there for few years but thing now run out hands i live at 163 i can tell u this is the worst part when u open then door u going to see black dirty carpet smell like dead rats.when someone come visit me they ask me what’s is going on we smell dead animals out side .the carpet by the entrance looks like no one clean it or touch for 20 years . If u ever coming to live here be careful witch part u choose. Idid complaints no one listens to me

These complexes, including their own leasing office, is infested with roaches and there are animals living in the walls of the apartment buildings tearing away the walls. Maintenance won't help you, I've tried for years to get them to fix this place up with no progress. Garbage is left all over the hallways and outside. The staff are very rude except for a select few and you can tell that those nice staff get treated very poorly by their bosses. Do not waste your time or money renting here.… Spend the extra amount to find a complex that will take care of you and give you humane living conditions with no issue. Read More
