Cottonwood Ranch

My boyfriend and I just moved in last month, and we are in love with the apartment/location. The only thing that seems to be so wrong is our A/C doesn't blow out cool air. Maintenance has been notified 3x but has only come to check it out once, plus told us there was nothing they could do about it. The air only kicks on certain days, and we're in 90-100 degree weather! I noticed a lot of my neighbors have portable window ac units just to keep their apartment cool. The ac is something that is... part of the lease before signing. Nobody should have to go out and buy a portable ac unit. You can actually hold rent for that issue. I also noticed the apt ac units are very small! This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. There is dog waste and garbage scattered everywhere as well as frequent car vandalism and mailbox vandalism. The front office staff is aloof and some of the maintenance workers are not only rude but disrespectful of the residents.

Apartment suffered water damage from a leak. Effectively destroying my mattress. Complex does absolutely nothing to make me happy. The owner should be embarrassed that this is their company

this property is poor - management don't treat you like you're valuable more like trash. maintenance don't have any knowledge of what they are doing all the time. put so many orders to get some work done and it goes unnoticed all the time. these people don't have feelings at all

I wish there was something good to say about this place but it’s been nothing but trouble from the beginning. We were given our parking passes and my husbands truck was booted and towed (while the pass was visible) with no notice at all. There’s only a few visitors spots so our friends have been booted for not having a parking permit as well but residents park in visitors spots so there is nowhere else to go. Being that I am also pregnant while living here, it’s very very inconvenient walking... all the way from one side of the complex to the other because there are no available parking spots near your apartment. Goodluck finding any parking nearby after 7PM!! The walls are also very thin, you can hear dogs barking throughout the day and if you live on the first floor you can hear footsteps all day.
