The Aspens is an apartment community in Albuquerque, NM
On April 2, 2026 my wife and I drove up to the Aspens very nice. We were met in the clubhouse by Celeste with a nice greeting and smile. We asked about the move in costs, utilities etc.. Celeste answered our questions and then started our tour. The clubhouse, gym and pool are very nice. We looked at the one and two bedroom apartments we liked them very much, we also looked at the 3 bedroom. Thank you for your time. JDLC.

Celeste was AWSOME
I went to go tour an apartment with Celeste and she was so nice and so wonderful! The apartments are so beautiful so spacious my kids will love the basketball court, and the pool! I love the gym definitely can’t let it go to waste lol!! I can’t wait to apply here!

I love it
The maintenance guy Tim was quick and professional. I made a service request at 2 pm and Tim was already done by 5:30 pm same day. The only concern is that the parking is very crowded. It's quiet and peaceful. I feel safe and love coming home.

Where do I start?…
-Apartment got broken into. The Aspens did not have security cameras near my apartment to record the incident. -Maintenance will take a very long time to arrive and they do NOT do a good job with fixing the issue. Formal requests online were not helpful. -Staff is incredibly rude
I had the worst experience living here. My biggest regret was looking at the low rent cost and thinking it was a good place to live.

Don't move here
Parking is a joke unless you get off work early enough to get a spot. Maintenance is a joke and the pools are often shut down 1-3 days week as a result of undertrained. Pot holes everywhere in the parking lot and nothing is fixed quick. A/C units are failing and up to 4 days before they are replaced. Landscaping is garbage, Dead trees and over growth every where. Smells of drugs and crime as well. This should be the last place you want to live.
