Raise rent like crazy
If you chose to rent her I recommend only staying here for 1 year. If you resign your lease they're gonna raise your rent 150 dollars out of no where. My apartment is not worth that price. They keep leaving notices about changing the ac air filters, one at the beginning of May, and on at the beginning of June. It is now July and still no one has changed them. Cockroaches all over the place. Small parking lot. Get home before midnight or you will be parking on the street, and they do nothing... about the two small dogs that bark constantly. Not to mention the cracks in the walls near some apartments and the pool is still closed while other places are opening theirs.

Worst place to live
Bad neighborhood. A lot of gang activity and drug deals. Crime is really bad. Then there are the roaches and the fact that you will be without air conditioning until the middle of summer. No management ever on site. Rhino ruined this complex. I would suggest staying far away.
