ROACHES AND OTHER BUGS

Infested with roaches!!! They’re all over the place around every building. They’re literally everywhere. Walking past the mailboxes and on the second floor as well! It’s super annoying and disgusting. AC only works in the living room and even then it’s still hot in all the rooms as well as humid. It’s cheap yes but at what cost????
If I could leave 0 Stars I would. They got the amenities which are nice, they work well but the roaches are behind the oven and fridge. It seems like all the… buildings here are infested.

I lived at Valley Apts for 12 years I moved in 1986. It was the most beautiful apartment complex in the north valley. But now we don't have the beautiful flowers,grass, playgrounds or huge park anymore. Now we have one little playground that's used by homeless people, the rest of the park is fenced,so homeless can put up tents.We now have to pay gas light, water, garbage, exterminator that doesn't even spray and to top it off they Made us get Internet through them so that's 60.00 more a month.… It's not a nice quiet place anymore.Bugs and dirt come in, even with the windows closed.

All staff members are so Awesome including our Maintenance staff. Any problems with maintenance is usually taken care of promptly. It's a nice place to live in, But utilities are ridiculously high.We pay for every expense you can think of! Now it's even mandatory we have Internet for another 60 dollars a month! Time to make memories somewhere else??

The staff are good respectful people. The appartments however are a little run down and in need of repairs just as much as the laundry facilities. Sucks that the apartments only get fixed when people move out. The safety concerns are getting a little worse. Sadly it does not seem that company cares as much as residents do. The apartments are getting fixed cosmetically which only the outside. The bigger issues are the inside of the apartments, laundry rooms and the laundry machines.

Valley apartment staff is very courteous, helpful and friendly. They make you feel welcomed immediately. Maintenance is on top of problems. Grounds are nice. Playground could be a bit better, but overall I'm happy to be here.
