Black Mold and Bug Infested

Extremely disappointing experience with this apartment management. When we moved in, there was severe mold and mildew in both the washer and dishwasher. I cleaned it myself to avoid being a nuisance, but that should’ve never been left to a tenant.

Shortly after, we developed black mold in our windows—a serious health concern. It took months of them half-heartedly wiping it down before they finally replaced the windows.

Then came the ant infestation.
We started seeing ants back in March,...
reported it early, and were told to handle it ourselves with traps and spray until pest control arrived. The problem escalated. By July, they were in every room, and still the response was slow and dismissive. When pest control was finally scheduled, they missed our apartment completely, pushing us back another week.

We returned home from a short trip to find thousands of ants across every surface—counters, beds, dining table, and even falling from the ceiling. We sprayed ourselves and had to leave the unit to stay with family until the issue was addressed.

After pest control sprayed, we were left with hundreds of dead ants along the walls and baseboards. When we asked for help with cleanup, management told us it was our responsibility, even though this was clearly the result of their prolonged inaction. They refused to help, suggested we hire a cleaning service ourselves, and eventually hung up on me during the conversation.

Between the mold, months-long pest problems, lack of urgency, and unprofessional behavior, this has been one of the most frustrating living situations I’ve experienced. The maintenance and management are completely unresponsive unless pushed, and they seem more interested in deflecting blame than resolving issues.

Would not recommend.

If anything is ever missed, we always encourage residents to let us know right away so we can take care of it... quickly. When you brought the window issue to our attention, our team acted right away to address it, following our standard process for mildew-related concerns. We truly apologize for this inconvenience but would like to assure you that we took it seriously. As for the pest issues, immediately after you brought your pest concerns to our attention, you were added to the pest control list, and service was completed a few days later. No prior pest concerns were received. We are sorry you feel negatively about our community, and if you would like to discuss your review further, please contact our office.

Rude person!

Dont schedule tours online because they dont use that service apparently. Scheduled twice. 2nd time the older alone lady was completely rude. I just talked to a previous tenant and she said walls are paper thin and not every apartment is a luxury apartment and they over charged her on her move out.

Worst maintenance and unclean on possession

My husband just moved in a newly renovated unit but as soon as he enters it was so unclean, dust on floor, in kitchen and bedroom. Very unsatisfied with management for handling this as he drove 2 days and had to clean up after driving all day long. Would definitely not recommend this place and if anyone decides to rent it please check out before moving in. They even refused the video tour when we requested saying it's brand new unit and the one we toured was different one with more price. They... said the one that was newly renovated was same but smaller. Very dissatisfied with the way things are handled.

DON’T MOVE HERE!

The list is too long! I’m writing this review because I paid my rent, I’m ahead by about a month and I got a Non-payment of rent and threat of court! This place is a living nightmare.

Don't move here!

Never get answers from the office or corp AMC LLC. The pool looks like a swamp and it 100 right now. Wish l could put pictures on here. Looks nothing like that video.
