Beautiful studio casita near the Santa Fe Railyard. Walking distance to the Railyard, short drive to the plaza, and ~45 minutes to LANL. Private, enclosed... backyard that is shared with the main house tenant, who is very quiet and respectful. Because of the shared yard, no dogs please.
Would prefer to rent it furnished (queen bed, couch, coffee table, closet unit) but arrangements can be made if the right tenant would prefer unfurnished. Please note that there is not a dishwasher or oven. There is a 2-burner stove. Washer/Dryer included.
ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! This includes water/electric/gas/wifi/sewer/garbage/recycling. There is heat (included heated floors in bathroom) but no A/C. Previous tenants have used a portable A/C unit which has worked well.
Plenty of street parking available.
