    No maintenance response or cleaning

    I have lived at the mica for over a year now. In that time, the hallways haven't been vacuumed a single time. Our laundry room was vacuumed one time, but the machines were left uncleaned. Even the "provided sanitization wipes" haven't been restocked once. One of our washers has been broken for at least 3 months now.
    I have also had a few maintenance requests go unanswered, despite being marked as "complete" in the system. My ceiling has had a leak since the day I moved in, and I'm still    … waiting for someone to come look at it.
    I feel lied to by their website and the staff. There is only one housekeeper, and they are not willing to hire any more staff. We absolutely should not be paying a cleaning fee if nothing is ever going to be cleaned. After over a year of this, I am very disappointed in the staff and management. They need to provide what we're paying for, or significantly decrease the price of rent and other fees. I have started collecting evidence to bring to the state.
