Casa De Alicia is an exceptional place to call home. The property is well-maintained, the price is reasonable, the area around the complex is quiet and family-oriented, but what truly sets this complex apart is the management!
Lynn, the property manager, is a standout professional. She is consistently attentive, responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure that any concerns are addressed immediately. Her dedication to the residents and the upkeep of the community creates a welcoming and... organized environment that is rare to find.
If you are looking for a complex that prioritizes, a quiet neighborhood, neighborly atmosphere, resident satisfaction and quality management, I highly recommend Casa De Alicia. You won't be disappointed!

Just Right
My husband, kids and I stayed for 9 months and had a great experience living here. Sure the apartments are older and come with those expected qualities. However, the price was more than fair, the management took care of any issues quickly, the pool was nice, we had no pests, the neighbors were friendly and the complex was quiet. We also really appreciated the flexible month-to-month renting for our situation. The kids cried when we had to leave, it was a nice cozy stay.

Meh, it's a roof over your head
Pros: Clean, as in I had zero issues with bugs of any kind. Lynn, the property manager, is very nice. Huge closets! Cons: The apartments are old, dingy, dark. The windows are single paned and do not seal. On a windy day, your curtains will flutter even when your windows are locked closed. This also means you lose heat/ air conditioning rapidly which is pretty terrible when it's 95°... at night. They FINALLY got a couple new laundry machines in, but for a few months there were only 2 washers for... the whole property. If you are offered a downstairs unit, think twice. I could hear upstairs folks walking, running, dragging chairs across the floor, and talking as if they were in my apartment. Anytime someone would come over, they would comment on how easily you could hear the neighbors. Oh, and when the neighbors walked around, the windows in my apartment rattled. Literally surprised the windows hadn't shaken right out the wall. Management commented "that's just the way the windows are." Hot water heater is shared between multiple units, so if you accidentally shower at the same time, it will be a battle for hot water. Most folks on property are nice or keep to themselves, but there are a few who really enjoy yelling into the abyss. The last issue, which is true for the whole town of Boulder City, people let their dogs poo anywhere and everywhere and do not pick it up. Management has tried to fix this, but people are gross. I can't tell you how often a steamy pile was in the middle of the sidewalk. Overall, management was friendly but maybe not timely or willing to deal with non emergency issues. Bad windows, thin walls, no bugs!

Updated and a nice place to live
Most of the reviews were done several years ago. Since Lynn became the manager things are in good shape. The apts are smaller and older, but the rent is reasonable for those on a lower income. Lots of trees and shade and a feeling of safety and security. Lynn, the manager takes care of things immediately and is honest and respectful. Its hard to get in to but worth the effort.
