Worst management team ever
The worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend living here.
After I moved out, they charged me additional fees on top of not returning my deposit. When I repeatedly asked them to provide evidence or documentation explaining the extra charges, they stopped responding to me. I waited and followed up multiple times but received no clear explanation.
Eventually, I got tired of waiting and decided I would just pay the balance, which seemed to be exactly the outcome they wanted.… But even then, no one had told me how or where to make the payment. I had to call several times just to figure out how to pay them.
The communication and management were extremely frustrating. The agent, Sam, often did not seem to know what was going on, while the property manager, Sebastian, repeatedly failed to respond to me. Whenever I called and asked to speak with him, I was repeatedly told that he was not in the office.
During my time living there, I also encountered many different types of bugs, especially cockroaches and clothes moths. The moth problem was particularly frustrating because they can damage expensive wool and cashmere clothing. Based on my experience, the pest control was not handled adequately.Review from Apartments.com
