i’m glad I found these apartments. It’s in a really good area. It’s got really good staff all the tenants here are really great too. Would 100% recommend. It’s nearby everything you need! I’m thankful for Sebastian helping me out and helping me have a smooth move into my brand new apartment!!

The entire staff here is wonderful! friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make residents feel at home. The community... itself is amazing! well-kept, inviting, and full of great amenities.

i moved in about a month ago and so far it has been a great experience. the pool and gym are nice, and the community has fun events going on (loved going to a salsa class the other night!) sometimes communication with the office is hard, but the staff is very helpful if you go in person. great location also

I really like the location of the property in the amenities however, the staff doesn’t really want to communicate whether it’s regarding your apartment or your leasing application or maintenance request. I also don’t think anyone checks the apartments after they’ve been “”cleaned at move out. I think if an apartment has been sitting vacant for a while it should still be checked on for quality assurance , Especially if it’s been leased.
