My Little Home of Happiness
First and foremost thank you for giving me the opportunity of a lifetime! Getting to the point, my apartment is great! It has hardwood floors and carpet, upgraded light fixtures, cabinets and sinks! It's the bomb! It's a 2x2 at 980sqr ft. It's gated with pool, spa, workout room, clubhouse and a secured/gated mail center! As you enter into the complex, it has wonderful lit palm trees that are most inviting. It's close to all major shopping, hospitals and yes, the highway to get to work! I... love it. It's very centrally located. And did I mention, my son is just 2 minutes from his school!! He likes walking to & from school with his friends. I've been living here a year now. (Plus, my landlord is very fair & honest) I've got it made in the shade & I'm sure I will NEVER leave!! (Rent: $795 including water & HOA)
