Merlayne Apartments

This is by far the worst place to live in! Plenty of crackhead neighbors, walking around talking to themselves, really creepy mostly in the middle of the night. Cops are often called! Managed by 3 different companies in 3 years and all were really crappy.

These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The management is the worst I have ever had to deal with. They are constantly changing the on site landlord. One will tell you something and a new one comes in and what the last landlord said no longer holds value.

When you first move in it is dirty. We had to mop 3 times just to clean the floor the first day we moved in. There is no storage closets or anything. We had to stack our storage boxes in a corner behind the door.

In 6 months I had... to buy 2 new tires because there are nails all over the parking lot. And of course management knows nothing about that. I had to pick them up all over the lot and walked to his office and slammed them down on the desk and told him to cleaned the parking lot from now on.

Wake up to a bug on the floor every no and again.

Has roach infested building dead roaches were hiddin under refrigerator we wasnt informed of the roach problem after we moved in to set down to eat we seen three roaches with in 30 minutes the manager agreed to have the pest control come out every week and he didnt stick to it we been living at the property for 2 months the pest came 3 times still nochange even more roaches on toothbrush in kitchen on cellings even on are personal property we are moving out stay away its a nice place but... infested never lived with roaches before and refuse to these guys should of told us it was infested before we signed contract we moved all the way from califoria we had to stay in hotels and skip thanksgiving dinner Read More
