Community

Safe, quiet community with excellent, quick responding maintenance service. The Location is excellent. We live here for about 12 years. They are the best.

Everything is good until its not.

Lived here for 4 years and after the pandemic things got tougher.

Our rent was raised by over $600 over the 4 years. The front office said so sorry so sad but if you don't like it, you can move.

The pool is out of service for a good 2 months in the hot months for never-ending repairs.

Second-floor unit, my downstairs neighbor smokes week and cigarettes which floods our unit with smoke, and the front office says... nothing we can do about it.

The front office is nice .. until they are… not. The general manager has been heard on many occasions saying how she doesn't like out-of-towners..especially Californians who oddly enough are the ones she is okay renting to. She simply wishes they would go back to where they came from.

The pros.

The maintenance team is amazing and diligent though some things like my smelly garbage disposal are out of their hands. The premises are generally clean and well-maintained.

Gives me the feel of being on a vacation!

I like the private feel of it, and it seems to be kept up really well inside and out! I also love the bathtub and flooring/carpeting! This is my favorite property so far!

A great place to live

My Mother lived at these wonderful apartments for many years. Due to poor health she sadly had to move. During all that time she never had a complaint. The staff was remarkable, going way above and beyond what would be expected. The apartments are beautifully maintained and the staff treats their tenants like family. I will never be able to thank them enough or recommend these apartments more highly. Thank you Pacific Islands Apartments for everything.

UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT OF RESIDENTS.

They have been denying residents who haven't agreed to amenity upgrades new lease terms and served eviction notices as of the first of September. They refuse to tell residents as to what their reasons are for evicting them. They are attempting to do this without cause other than a gentrification plan with inflated rent costs. These are long time residents that have not been in arrears with payment. Not one kind of notice or complaint or notification in lieu had been provided prior to these… eviction notices being furnished. DO NOT RENT HERE OR ANY OTHER PROPERTY OWNED BY THIS GROUP.
