Do not rent
This place is disgusting 3 months in to my lease I was waking up itchy called my bug guy he said there was a bed bug infestation I had to trash my mattress my couches basically all my furniture went in to the garbage. I spoke with the maintenance man on property he said all the units are infested with bed bugs and roaches. I wouldn’t recommend renting from this dump

Trash, pigeons, and MICE!!
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Garbage is everywhere. The east side of the complex is infested with pigeons; the entire complex is infested with MICE (I've caught at least 10 in the traps I set out, and that's just inside the home). Management is unresponsive and has no on-site presence. In three years, almost all of my kitchen cupboards have fallen or broken off. My dishwasher was never mounted and falls out of the wall when opened. There is a foul smell coming from under the cabinets... Probably more... dead mice in the walls. I put in my 30 day notice at the end of June and never heard back from anyone to confirm, despite numerous calls. Avoid this complex and Advanced Realty Group like the plague.
