BAD COMMUNITY

beware thin walls! weed smells! roudy community! horrible maintenance! management does nothing for your concerns and will tell you to deal with your living situation or move out.

Proud New Resident

I have recently moved into this apartment complex. I could not have made a better choice for my family. Walking into my new apartment I immediately felt a sense home. I know that this is the apartment that I will raise my daughter in for years to come. My unit is renovated and in immaculate condition. The grounds are clean and green. The office staff and maintenance team could not be more welcoming. I recommend this complex to anyone who wants to live in a safe and comforting environment. My… move in day was a real Welcome Home experience. Thank you Palm Villas!
