These tenants must not know that they can call the U S Health Dept. anonymously and they will come out and make management clean up and repair. These can cause serious health problems.

The area is clean around the apartment complex, except the pool. The roaches (that never go away), the old air conditioners drips disgusting water on the carpet. The walls are very thin. Management have terrible customer service and lazy. The maintenance half way do their job & don't speak the English language very well. Besides everything mentioned here, it's quiet sometimes and home for now. If I could live somewhere else I would.

I used to live in LA, and I decided to move to this place in Las Vegas because of my new job. At that time, I hadn't had SSN yet because I just got a working visa(I was waiting for my SSN) This apartment is the only one that I don't have to have SSN, so I decided to move here. However, when I called the office to make sure that everything was okay with me right before my moving, the staff whom I hadn't talked with before told me that my room had been taken by somebody else and there was no room... available for me even though I had paid a holding fee for my room. They said just "We are sorry". I had to move to LasVegas anyway...so I moved to Vegas and has been being homeless for a week. When I saw the staff whom I signed a contract with , I explained her and asked her what was going on, she said there was my room, but when she gave me the room key, the room number was totally different from what I paid the holding fee for. I couldn't understand it. That was a mystery. Anyway, I could finally moved in on the next week. The room has a lot of tiny cockroaches...the refrigerator there was leaking...(The handy man fixed it many times but it didn't work...it's still leaking...) the apartment seems like they don't want to buy a new one. One day, my neighbors (Next door and the upstairs) were moving out...I asked them the reason, they said the ceiling has been leaking and there has been so much mold since we had a thunderstorm 2 weeks ago, but the staff didn't do anything for them.
