Horrible place to live
It's impossible to get packages delivered they have the floorplan all confusing and the rent is too high for some basic apartments

Definitely would recommend living at The Aviator
One of the things I appreciated most about The Aviator was the attention to detail that went into every aspect of the complex. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. The amenities were top-notch, including the fitness center, pool, and clubhouse, which were always clean and well-maintained.
But what really stood out to me was the sense of community at The Aviator. I always felt safe and comfortable, whether I was walking my dog around the beautiful grounds or... chatting with my neighbors in the shared spaces.

Cars Broken Into Here
Many cars have been broken into here and there are people going door to door trying to find an unlocked unit to break into.

The apartments are not safe since there have been many car break ins and people going from door to door trying to find an unlocked unit.

Would not recommend
Incredibly disappointed with my experience here. After a few months in, I had already decided that I wasn't going to be renewing me lease. It looks really nice but the complex is cheaply made. The walls were so thin that I could hear my neighbor snoring every night. If you're down stairs you can hear every movement your upstairs neighbor makes. There was paint on the laminate in the kitchen, on the carpet and splatters on the wall. All of this I quietly dealt with because hey, it's an apartment.... But the 1 star rating comes from my move out. I deep cleaned the apartment, had cleaners come in case there was anything I missed and had the carpet professionally cleaned. After move out they charged me 1,500 for "damage fees-carpet replace". No details, no pictures. We left the apartment cleaner than it was when we moved in. I didn't expect to get the deposit because because that rarely happens when apartments, but that charge is ridiculous. If you currently live there, my advice would be to ensure that you are present for the walk through and record everything so that, if they do try to hit you with a charge like this, you can fight it. Seems like they're just trying to upgrade the flooring on my dollar.
