BUGS

I wanted to take a moment to share some concerns I've experienced during my time here, hoping we can work together towards positive improvements. Having lived here for two and a half years, I've noticed a significant presence of cockroaches and scorpions, which seems to persist as pest control is rarely done after residents move in. It would be tremendously helpful if regular spraying could be prioritized to address this ongoing issue.

Additionally, service responses to maintenance problems...
have often been slow, leading to frustration when things break down. Coming home at night sometimes feels unsafe, as I need to be extra cautious stepping out of my car because of cockroaches in the parking area.


I've also observed changes in the community. There's been an increase in loud music and parties that go late into the night, which affects everyone's comfort. Some residents walk their dogs but neglect to pick up after them, creating unsightly messes around the property.
While I truly appreciate the clubhouse and pool—they are fantastic amenities—their closure for about two months each year limits our enjoyment. If possible, keeping these facilities open more consistently would be a wonderful improvement.

BUG INFESTED

One of the most persistent and disturbing issues during our time here was the widespread cockroach infestation throughout the entire property. It extended well beyond the units themselves — roaches were constantly seen outside the buildings, along walkways, near the trash area, and throughout the parking lot. There were many nights I would get out of my car and immediately see roaches crawling around the Tesla chargers or across the ground beneath my feet. On one occasion, there were so many... crawling on and around my front door that I physically couldn’t enter my apartment. It was incredibly overwhelming and made it feel unsafe and unhygienic just to come home. This wasn’t a random or seasonal problem — it was ongoing and clearly not under control despite how often it was reported.

Great Communcation and reliable stuff!

We came to see this apartment about the deal they have about 2 days ago. We truly enjoyed Ms. Brittan's assistance. Before seeing their unit/apartment I was shopping around different apartments as well.

Our consultant led us to the gym area looking at the pool area and etc! Then we proceeded to look at the 2-bed smaller one (I was looking at the smaller one first). After the viewing, she gave us the breakdown cost and answered 1000 questions and she was very helpful. She then offered the...
bigger space (which was the one we ended up getting!)

When I came home me and my fiance decided to move the move-in date to a later date instead. Called them and spoke w/ Ms. Vianni and she help me answer all my other concerns since we wanted to update the new breakdown cost of the other unit we wanted. I probably called them 5x that day.
Very helpful and nice as well!

Submitted all other necessary paperwork the next day, called them, and wanted to follow up. They answered all my calls and concerns.

2nd day came in, just in time they promised, we got the approval and everything went through! This time Ms. Tiarra is the one who gave us the final breakdown cost.

They also gave us info about other things like Jetty, cox and electricity when we move in. We spoke to 3 different people and they were all reliable and friendly. Not even once I felt like I ask too many questions or get annoyed. They assisted me from beginning to end.

Terrible Management

The property managers to EVERYTHING BUT their job. I have always had a problem with communication issues with the management. They simply don't answer the phone to residents, maintenance requests take months. It's a joke.

Worst living expeience I've ever had

This is the worst living situation I have ever experienced. There is continuously excessive noise from the unit next to me, dog barking throughout the entire day, and music blasting. This is no way to live. I have tried to reach out to the property staff three times and have received no response or rectification of the issue. I am a normal 28 year old who works and likes to come home to relax and it is impossible at this complex do not waste your time.
