Newer building but everything falling apart
Hot tub out of service 6+ months, dirty grounds, security doors don't open half the time, improper & erroneous billing constantly, smoking throughout property, most "amenities" always have some kind of fault and no one will care to correct them. Nice from the outside but very poorly managed and attended to.
