Meet Dale Jones Born in Tokyo, Japan during his father’s 23 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, Dale Jones grew up with a deep appreciation for dedication and service. He moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina at the age of three, where he honed his customer service skills as a bartender — mastering the art of communication and attention to detail in both fine dining and high-volume settings. In 2001, Dale relocated to Las Vegas and began his career in real estate, earning his Realtor® license in 2003. He quickly built a reputation for excellence, applying his customer-first approach to every transaction. In 2010, Dale founded his own real estate company, growing it to over 546 property management accounts, 28 real estate agents, and 10 full-time employees within just three years. Today, Dale proudly leads RE/MAX Legacy as Broker/Owner, alongside his son Kalib Jones and brother Phillip Jones.
