I like the location of my unit. I have good neighbors and it's relatively quiet here.
The location of the complex is very good. It's hidden, close to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants and casinos.

The doggy bags aren’t being refilled in a timely manner. The bags were once out for over a month. When I first moved here the guys would walk the grounds in the morning picking up and now the grounds are dirty very often.

The noise level is still good. The gate is staying fixed and closed.

Rent was pricey. AC keep breaking down for some reason. The pool has too many chemicals. But it’s alright I guess. It’s a nice apartment. I’d probably renew my lease.
