It’s nice to see them replacing the irrigation system and putting down new rock. I believe it will give the place a face lift. Also noticed the new golf carts, I’m sure the employees are delighted to have a updated transportation for in and around the complex. I still would like to see attention given to the gas grills that are used by the residents (half of them have either broken knobs or malfunction by not lighting at all).

Overall it’s fine. I do not like my downstairs neighbor at all. The office is helpful with other problems. Area always is nice and kept up. Great location.

I really love living here. The Office & Maintenance staff are great. I just renewed my lease, so I'm going into my 3rd year living at Villa Serena.
My only complaint is the dog park. It really needs to be cleaned daily & power washed weekly. If people would be responsible for their pets it wouldn't be a problem!

I love it ! Very nice staffs and very welcome to our new home ! I love it here . I love the way when u need something done , they on their way the same day ! I love how when u go to the office and it’s a hot day they have water or snacks waiting for u to eat ! I love how we have 24 hours gym here and and pool that’s all year around .
