I love it ! Very nice staffs and very welcome to our new home ! I love it here . I love the way when u need something done , they on their way the same day ! I love how when u go to the office and it’s a hot day they have water or snacks waiting for u to eat ! I love how we have 24 hours gym here and and pool that’s all year around .

I just renewed my lease this month after living here for a year. Absolutely love my condo and my neighbors. The office staff and maintenance people are extremely friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond. It is by far one of the best places I've lived!

You need ratings for negative stars. I give it a NEGATIVE 2. Can't judge a book by it's cover. The website looks so pleasing, clean, welcoming. As soon as I walked into my unit, it was a pig sty. They have it marked a fully renovated yet absolutely nothing was done. NO cleaning was done at all. So many items are damaged throughout the place. The only improvements are new bedroom carpet, and possibly two ceiling fans with one missing battery for its remote. Storage door doesn't lock. Front door... missing/damaged parts. Bathroom drain clogged with gunk. Tub missing stopper. Shower head and grab handles covered in minerals. Curtain rod has rust. Closet sliding doors missing floor guide. Bedroom door swings closed on its own. Dog scratch damage everywhere. Base of every door in hard floor area is swollen due to flooding causing board to swell. No repair, just painted over.
!!! PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING TO CONFIRM NEEDED TASKS WERE COMPLETED TO THE UNIT FOR A NEW TENANT TO MOVE IN !!!
